Abbey's Royal Mail

When it was reported in late December that The Duke of Edinburgh was in poor health and in hospital Abbey decided that, as no one should be sick at Christmas, he may need some cheering up.  She took it upon herself to make him a get-well card, which was duly posted to Buckingham Palace.

Just yesterday a letter came in the mail bearing the Royal stamp and addressed to Miss Abbey Robb.  Well, Abbey was beside herself with excitement and was not disappointed when she opened her thank you note written on behalf of the Duke.  It’s not every five year old who can say she has corresponded with Royalty (and yes, I see the irony that she is my daughter!)
